Couldn't be happier after my appointment with Nicky! I walked in armed with an array of Instagram screenshots of what I wanted, half expecting to be told I was kidding myself and it couldn't be done- but she didn't even bat an eyelid and went off to prepare the products! Nicky constantly offered water, magazines and made sure I was always comfortable. I walked out with my favourite style to date and I'm already planning what I'll do next...
