Terrible customer service. I don't like being accused multiple times of trying to steal someone else's meal after a simple misunderstanding. This has completely ruined my meal. It is a shame that they decide to treat their customers with such little respect. I won't be going back again.

There isnt a large range of food and seafood available at their Seafood buffet. Most of their seafood were cold raw foods, such as raw oysters and raw salmon. Not a large range of hot foods too. Nothing special that would make me return. For $40 a person, I expected more.

Approximate cost: $39.50

Just tried their small chicken Hawaiian pizza. Very nice. Reasonable amount of chicken and toppings. Friendly staff too.

Disappointing experience and poor service. Waited a while to be served and one of the staffs walked past me without greeting, yet greeted the person next to me. Wayy over priced stuff, yet will kindly rip you off when selling your goods to them. They will only offer 1/3 of your items worth.

So Please do your research first - google, ebay, tech review sites and gumtree before believing in their sales talk.

Great place for a pub meal. Very nice snittys and salad bar which includes a wide range of salads and vegetables. Can get very busy on special days. Would avoid on big nights, as last time my snitty was too cooked/burnt.

Approximate cost: $16

Went in as a model for a haircut and the experience was great. Friendly junior stylist who actually want to learn and gain experience. Great service. Highly recommended for those who are tight with money.

Approximate cost: $20

In the retail section, the sales staff was fairly honest, he did not try to push me and pressure me into buying something that he thought wasnt good value. He was honest in giving his own personal opinion, not from a sales opinion. In the section where you selling you item, the girl was very fidgety with my ipod, rubbing her dirty fingers on the clean scratch-free screen. The service was alright.

I waited almost 10 mins for a guy to serve me, one of the guys weren't really doing anything, I had to make eye contact to get him to come and serve me. While being served though, the guy was kind, he looked up current retail prices on the computer for me for a particular electronic item. The section where you sell your items, the girl was nice and gentle, however DO NOT trust them. They told me my phone was locked, but when I tried it at home with friends sim, it was not locked at all. They are terrible at offering money. They offered $30 for my ipod nano and told me thats the current resell value, their retail store was selling for $90!

The idea of the iKea restaurant is great. Nice cheap food and refillable drinks. Cant complain about $6 schnitzels and $2 breakfast on weekends. Very relaxed restaurant and shopping complex. No pressure from the sales guys. Although the price may have dropped a little, but so has the quality, pity most of the items are main in China now.

Went to buy some chicken, the girl at the poultry deli was very nice and patient with my
in-decisiveness. However, at the checkout, the girl was very awkward. After she stated the total cost, she extended her hand out for money in an awkward fashion, like a hobo asking for money. She stood there still with her hand out even when I said I dropped a coin under the counter on her side. The store doesnt seem to have the same happy comfortable vibe as Woolworths, Coles or other Foodlands. Ok experience though.
