I waited almost 10 mins for a guy to serve me, one of the guys weren't really doing anything, I had to make eye contact to get him to come and serve me. While being served though, the guy was kind, he looked up current retail prices on the computer for me for a particular electronic item. The section where you sell your items, the girl was nice and gentle, however DO NOT trust them. They told me my phone was locked, but when I tried it at home with friends sim, it was not locked at all. They are terrible at offering money. They offered $30 for my ipod nano and told me thats the current resell value, their retail store was selling for $90!

Spotted a Playstation 3 game, Metal Gear Solid 4 in Cash Converters Adelaide store recently. This game is now 'Platinum', meaning it's cheaper than standard games. Toys R Us had the game for $49.99, and Cash Converters were asking $75 for a used copy. I asked if they could give me a better price, and after waiting for a price match to be confirmed and for the staffer to seek a cheaper price from management, I was offered the game for $49. Wow, a saving of 99cents for a used product. Advertising from Cash Converters claim they give value for money, I don't feel this instance represented this.
