Bought my car almost 2 years now (second hand) and have been jumping from mechanic to mechanic as none really gave me that authentic and welcoming service. Saw the overwhelming review here on WOMO and I would not go anywhere else even if they hike up the price (but please don't). I worked in Northcote previously and Carmen was so nice as to drive to my work place just to drive me back to the shop to pick up my car in the evening. That is what I call service!

On one of the previous services, Bill noticed a part that he installed was not right and deemed it faulty so he had it resent from the supplier (under warranty). He didn't even charge me for the labour cost to fix it again and included it in the standard service ($250). They would recommend what should be fixed but will be honest that it isn't imminent but something I should think about in the next few service. You never feel pressured here.

Had a dent on the driver side of my Audi previously and when I went to Art Detaliing (car wash place), the owner told me he could fix it for $500 cash. Definitely will never do that again. The dent was repaired but no idea what he did to paint that 5 months later, it started to go yellow. I had a white Audi with a yellow rust side panel. Thankfully, Carmen from Autocare Automotive recommended Dennis Panels and they did a flawless job. I thought I might as well get the other side repainted as well seeing as there was some colour damage by the sun as well.

On the day, Ron said there were places he wanted to retouch and wouldn't let me leave with it until it's perfect. They wanted to give it a better wash as well.
