Used to be my favourite place! We have been there a couple of times since the new owner has taken over and won't be going back anymore. The food is still great but the service is so frustrating. Last time I waited about 15 minutes to place an order and then said it would be an hour wait because they were busy (hardly anyone in there). One of the new staff was SO rude on multiple occasions. Basically won't be going back or recommending this place anymore. Such a shame.

I did two courses here in one day. Initially wanted to do one but was convinced to do the second which I later regretted. It was the biggest waste of money. Firstly we sat in the training room for about 20 minutes while the instructor tried to work out how to use the projector. We saw some instructional videos that I had already seen on YouTube. Working with the models was great, but the instructor actually lacked first hand experience in what she was teaching so it was difficult to get good pointers on how to improve my technique. I could go on and on with things that made me unhappy about spending so much money on this training.

The most annoying part was their focus on up-selling products. I felt constant pressure to buy their products which in my opinion weren't great quality and after some research were over priced.

The only good thing about this course was having access to a model to practice on.

The staff are really friendly and I never have to wait long. The store is nice and clean. The food is great... greasy - but it's fish and chips! Perfect hangover food.

Wide selection of new and used music - so much vinyl! The best thing about this place is that the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are average for this kind of store but I love shopping here and supporting a locally owned small business.

I have never eaten in the restaurant but have gotten take-away a bunch of times. I have never been disappointed with the food - the portions are large and very well priced. They are always ready on time even when the restaurant is busy and the staff are always friendly.

The food here is always fantastic and is served quickly and I love the restaurant interior. Last time I went with my Mother she took the bill and paid for the meals. When the waiter saw that she didn't tip he made her and the rest of us feel very awkward, (last time I checked minimum wage in AU isn't $3 an hour!) which was a disappointing experience.

I've been here for minor illnesses and to avoid bugs going around. I always try to see Bernie - she is fantastic, great to speak too and shows a genuine interest and passion for healing. The prices are what you would expect for a health food store and they have lots of variety. I often recommend this place to friends.

I've been a handful of times for both cuts and colours and saw different senior stylists. The outcomes were ok but I was disappointed, I expected amazing hair from a salon that had won so many awards and with high end prices. I took pictures and tried to be as clear as possible when describing the outcome I wanted. The staff are friendly and it's easy to get an appointment. But overall I found it really really overpriced for average cuts and colours.

The boards here are really well priced in comparison to other places and the quality is still great. The staff always know what they're talking about and give honest advice about what to buy and that's why I keep buying stuff here. I usually try to see Jarrod when I need to buy something.

The quality and value of the things I have had there (a coffee or two and breakfast) are average (if there was nothing else open I would eat there). I think what has turned me off the most is the staff haven't been very welcoming the times I have been there.
