I needed 2 light fixtures fixed plus an outdoor speaker fixed. I called Tony in the afternoon and he was at my place the next morning. That's quick!!!
He fixed all the lights and the speaker within an hour. Very clean and efficient. He is very professional and his customer service is second to none. The fees charged were very reasonable. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to every one looking for a good and honest electrician.

I called Brad to have my fridge connected to a water point. He did the job perfectly, very neat and cleaned afterwards, leaving no mess. He diagnosed a fault with the kitchen mixer and repaired for me a storm water drainage in the house as well. He was very helpful and professional. I will definitely call his services again and highly recommend to everyone.

I had a pre purchase building inspection with Action Property Inspections and it was excellent!!!

The first thing you gotta know is that Andrew does all the inspections himself, so it gets booked out pretty quick. He arrived on time to the appointment and performed a very thorough inspection of all the house, the roof, inside the ceiling, wardrobes, he seriously checked everything. It was very informative along the way, explained to me every single detail and gave me advise in how to fix the issues he found.

His experience in the industry shows itself and on top of that he is a very nice and professional guy.

The report was emailed the same night, and it was an excellent report, very detailed, explanatory, with pictures and even some recommended additional documents to read.

The price I found it to be very good value for money. Believe me, you don't want to be cheap when you're buying something of around half a million dollars.

Overall, I would recommend Action Property Inspections to everyone and I will definitely use them again in the future.
