We had a leak in our colour bond roof into the ceiling cavity - heard dripping & small stain on plaster. We dont have a manhole into this section of the roof, so wasn't sure where the leak was exactly.
Greg was quick to return my call (within a couple of hours!) & was out having a look within days. He found what he thought was the source of the leak & called me to tell me what work needed to be done & gave me an estimated price. I gave the go-ahead & he completed the work then & there.
He told me to call him if the leak continued. I was so happy about a week later when we had a downpour & there was no leak!!! :-)

I had 3 external blinds installed, one of which was on a second story (some companies won't do this due to height & oh&s standards.
Mike came to quote & was very knowledgable & informative.
When I accepted the quote I had the blinds installed within a month - very impressive considering how busy they are this time of year (nov/dec). The installers arrived on time & completed the job quickly cleaning up after themselves (only wood shavings). Job well done - I'd highly recommend Ace of Shades!

Great food...bad service.

We've eaten here regularly for the past 6 months & lately the service has left a lot to be desired.

There always seems to be plenty of staff around, but it's near impossible to get anyone's attention. They seem to seat you & walk away before you get to order a drink, then they forget you're even there!

As I said though, the food has always been good. Fresh & tasty - the pizza's are great!

I think from now on it will be take-away for us. The girl on the register is always lovely :-)

We've been to this restaurant several times since it's opened, all with different qualities of service.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lacking a little.
Very loud & echo's with people chatting (it has a tiled floor & very bare walls) Maybe some quiet Mexican/Spanish music in the background & some more Mexican rugs on the walls (there's currently 1) would dampen the sound of people talking as it is very loud.

During our most recent visit with friends, the service was quite bad. First our drinks orders were wrong (maybe the very young waiter couldn't hear us properly over the noise?) Then we had a spill of drinks & when we asked the waiter for a cloth to wipe up the liquid (after finally getting his attention) he just walked over & dropped a dishcloth in front of my husband & walked away. After my husband cleaned up the spill, we were left with a dripping dishcloth on the table while we were eating.

Maybe I'm expecting too much?

As I said though, we have had good experiences there with service also. Though the noise is a big issue - very hard to have a conversation.

I'm sad to say we probably won't be eating there again.

Wow! I've been visiting these girls monthly for the past 4 months for facials and minor facial peels as my skin was looking very dull & was extremely dehydrated. They're professional, knowledgeable & make you feel very relaxed. I've even purchased make-up and skin care products from them which are great quality.
My skin is looking amazing...I would totally recommend Juverna - it was a friend who recommended them to me!

He was on time, and made good communication letting us know his ETA.
Work was done quickly & to a high standard & rates very reasonable.

We had a down pipe redirected, a valve changed in our toilet cistern & he had a look at our rainwater tank connections for us as we recently purchased the property & wanted to make sure everything was working.

I have used Boronia Vet Clinic for a few years including 2 emergency situations.
Vets were friendly & knowlegable (though we rarely saw the same vet twice). Desk staff seem quite young & not overly friendly/interested. They're very well priced which always helps.

I have nothing bad to say about the facilities or staff.
Our dog can be very hyper & a bit of a handful, but the staff just seem to know how to deal with her & she always comes home healthy & happy :-)
The prices are very reasonable & the money from the kennels goes to the animal shelter they also have on site.

Approximate cost: $17 per day for a small dog - extra for coat hire, heated bed hire or extra one on one playtimes
