Absolutely useless. Most surveys don't work. If you do manage to complete a survey you get to the end and get Sorry there are no available surveys. NO POINTS. If you contact their support you get NOTHING! No response, no acknowledgement. If you really want to waste your time, banging your head on a brick wall would be less painful than trying to get rewards points from this mob.

3 times I have made claims for purchases through eBay - each time 'your details can't be found on the seller's system'. This time at least they 'exceptionally approved' my claim! But instead of receiving points for a $165 purchase, I receive points for a $0.28 purchase - total = 0 points. Lodged an enquiry two months ago - no response, just like every other time.
