I ordered my first tag and was blown away by the level of customisation available and the great price. It arrived in lightning speed to regional Western Australia and the quality was fantastic! My cat loved it, I loved it; happy campers!

I soon ordered a second tag for my new cat, and it arrived with a mistake. I then received the most amazing customer service from any business in a long time! Being closed for renovations, the Laser Pet Tags team were unable to replace my tag immediately (which I was in no hurry anyway) but kept me well informed, and I believe one team member Michael even responded to my email whilst being on annual leave. So very impressed by the level of communication and effort. I felt I was a valued customer by this business.

Excited to say we are adding one more furfriend to our family and will be ordering our third tag very soon!
