I phoned this company about my garage door that has become difficult to open and close properly. They quoted me $110.00 to do a full service on the door, inclusive of labour, with the only extra charges to be any parts required. Their representative turned up, was at the house all of 2 minutes had barely cast an eye over the door before saying "I can't fix that" and then told me I still had to pay the $110.00. After arguing with him, and him attempting to be intimidating towards me, I phoned his office. They eventually said the only way he'd leave was if I paid an $80 call out fee. Total rip off. Before he left I asked him to explain to me what was actually wrong with the door, 4 quite small things need to be done and thankfully can be done by my partner, and probably for less than the $80 this apparently professional company took from me. It was clear they had no intention of repairing the door, hoping to get in excess of $2000 for a new door out of me instead.

Under new management and what a fabulous change. This delightful family business serves up fantastic pizzas at great prices. Pick up or delivery, with specials for all sizes. Great turn-around times too.

After moving interstate I needed to find a new hairdresser for my quite difficult to maintain hair. After several false starts I came across Sinead from Hair Club. She listens to my suggestions and follows through on what I want after a full discussion on all of the options.

After trying another travel agent who spent a lot of wasted time not listening to me and attempting me sell me everything I didn't want, it was a total pleasure to walk into this shopfront and get exactly what I wanted, without question and have it all done in a matter of minutes.

The meals are fantastic, this is a steak house with a huge focus on top quality and superbly cooked meat, which is the feature of every meal. The owner cooks the food on a grill that can be seen from every table inside and seizes opportunities to visit the tables for a brief chat. This is a small homely shop that packs people in every night, so it's a little noisy but we had no trouble having a nice romantic evening even with the hubbub. I have never had a scotch fillet steak so tender and perfectly cooked, it was like cutting through butter and almost melted in my mouth.
