Lubi has been servicing my car for around 5 years and has always provided fabulous service. He takes the time to make sure he is doing the service properly and according to the service book. Recently he recommended a colleague to fix my air-conditioning, when this couldn't be fixed straight away he came (on New Years Eve) to re-attach a wire that had come loose. He then re-organised for the other guy to come and re-gas the air-con - which fixed the problem. Great service from them both!!!

Stayed at the Langham on an over night visit to the city. Very nice room and the service was very good. The price of a room was a bit more than other places, but it was worth it.

I went to Kismet because I thought I was paying too much to my existing financial planner without ever hearing from him. The service I received was exceptional and the fees very reasonable. They rearranged my pension account so I could keep getting the same money, and pay less fees! Since I first signed up with Natalie over a year ago I have had regular contact with my planner and other people in the office who have always gotten back to me promptly. They have kept their service promise to me.
