This free standing kiosk connected to the sushi bar is great. a variety of yummy gelati in many flavours, you can eat as is, in a cone, or have it blended into one of their many speciality smoothies/crushes. Also supplies 'V' drink and that green grass... whats it called again?

This place does a fabulous pad thai and special fried rice. I've been there many times now for takeaway and the prices are pretty good for the size of the meals in comparison with other Thai restaurants. Dine-in option is available, the kitchen is fully viewable which is another great feature... no nasty suprises the next morning!. Drinks and dessert also available

This is a lady's only gym that absolutely blows me away with the level of service, friendlyness and results. Split over 2 levels, combining weights both free and machine, cardio equipment, group classes, personal training, child minding services and "Simplicity", access to a nutritionist who can monitor your intake. The little luxuries include shower facilities, lockers, cold hand towels during a workout, free daily breakfast, great staff, special promotions, great way to meet new people, look after your fitness, feel GREAT and not have to worry or be conscious of any men seeing your wobbly bits!
