Yum! I love the food here. I really enjoy hanging out down on Fitzroy street and watching the world go by.

The service leaves a little to be desired, but they still get the job done. It would be nice to have a few extra staff on when it's busy.

I'd go again, but it's not my favorite.

Whenever I'm in Sydney, this is where I love to get my coffee.

If I miss out on this as part of the trip, I feel as if I've not completed all of my duties.

It's great to stay in contact with my friends, family and old "long lost" pals.

Seeing what's happening in their lives is great and being able to post and view photos online is a real help.

I really love going down to Amello to while away a Saturday afternoon / evening.

The service is basically non-existent, and the staff are a bit stuffy. The drinks are a bit on the expensive side with three drinks costing you a 20.

But all in all with the atmosphere and the view, when you're with the right group of people, this is an amazing place to spend a weekend afternoon / evening.

I have booked many flights next year to go and visit my 4 year old and 2 year old sons in Adelaide (I live in Melbourne) and Tiger have sent me change of flight details meaning that instead of me leaving really early on a Saturday morning and getting to spend the entire weekend with my kids, I now leave at 3pm which means I get one day with them a month.

Furthermore, when I called to complain about this, I was actually YELLED at by the "customer service" operator! imagine that.

When they offered me a refund, I was told that it would take 2 weeks to transfer the money to me. I asked to speak with a manager and they said that they do not transfer call through.

It's not enough to be a cheap ANYTHING in business, there has to be value. I do not see Tiger as being valuable, they are JUST cheap.

I am a Happy Customers member and so far I am very happy with the service.

It allows me to interact with my customers and enjoy pleasing them.

I find that asking someone for a reference is much easier now when I have somewhere to direct them

Leroys has THE BEST coffee in the world!!!

I start to crave their coffee if I haven't had it for a few days. It has an amazing caramel after tone and is made perfectly every time.

If you want a great coffee when you are in St Kilda next, Leroys can't be beaten!

The chips and wasabi mayo are great too.
