Mai Ha is very convenient, she is now open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm and also public holidays. She has been in the industry for 26 years and really loves what she does. No job to big or small and is now doing door to door service too! Lovely lady, loves to chat and show off her work. She fit me in with a moments notice and is really accommodating, great service!!

I had a leaking roof that other plumbers gave the wrong diagnosis for and as a consequence didn't actually fix the problem so it kept leaking everytime we had some heavy rain. Tom came out and told me straight away that the Valleys around the Gable Window were actually not installed correctly, within a couple of hours work it was fixed and we havent had a problem since.

Friendly, easy to talk to, comfortable surroundings, knows what she's talking about, very helpfull and easy to find. Has been working as a councellor for a long time and has helped me with a wide variety of personal problems, having someone really listen to you and offer valuable advice or feedback is amazing.

This is an organic food cafe, they have really really nice food, great service with very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Little bit on the pricey side however great quality.

Giving birth for the first time is hard enough but I found the staff and facilities really good. If you are going public they are excellent, and only two beds per room (most hospitals have four which makes it impossible to get any sleep). The first night I was there I got lucky and had the room to myself. Midwives were very friendly and I came away feeling very positive about the whole experience.

20 week ultrasound for pregnancy. I had such a wonderfull lady do the ultrasound, was really friendly, chatty and seemed to love what she did as a living. There are lots of locations throughout melbourne where you can have it done and I have been to a few different ones, this one is definately the best. Ask for a DVD of the ultrasound and it costs you an extra $10, really nice to be able to show the grandparents.

This place does nails and waxing as the main part of their business. I've had the nails done before and that was fairly good and I was happy with the job they did. The next time I went in though, I went for a wax (full leg and bikini). A woman there who claimed to have been waxing for years (was probably in her late forties or fifties), she is a disgrace to the business!! She put the wax on in both directions and also ripped it off in both directions, was a bit concerned by this (hence started asking her how long she had been doing the job). Had no idea what the consequences were for this method of waxing as it had never happened before. About 2 weeks later every hair follicle hurt, it was ingrown hair city in the beginning stages and was very painful. Couldn't get waxed again for months as i was too sensitive and had to make sure i had dealt with every ingrown hair before even considering it. OUCH! I hope they had heaps of complaints and she got fired!

It's the best indian restraunt I've been too, lovely atmosphere, great service and really nice food. Its BYO as well as being licenced.

Always very friendly relaxed atmosphere, always make you feel comfortable and the standard of work is fantastic, Dr Matt Gannon is all about quality of the work and a genuine nice guy too.
