I took my mother here to have root canal and a tooth capped or pulled out. She is now on the elderly side of the scale and I have never known that she was scared of dentists! She had some problems straight afterwards due to stress, didn't want to walk to the car and was very cold and shaky. Even though they had patients waiting, they took her back into one of the surgery rooms and took care of her until she had calmed down, for around half an hour. Blankets, sugary drinks and three kind staff looking after her, patting her arm and trying to de-stress her. She was supposed to go to the Kings Langley surgery to see a specialist but they oh so kindly arranged for him to come to the Hawkesbury due to her age. This was all done in a huge rush as I was going overseas for 2 months only the week after. What a fantastic team they have here. I would highly recommend them and will be going there myself next time I need a dentist. I was so grateful for their help and attention to my Mum.
