I have been suffering stress due to life and work...as a result I started to grind my teeth and held onto a lot of tension in my jaw and shoulders. From our first appointment Roger assured me that he would try his best to relieve the symptoms and that he would give me the tools to look after this problem long after our treatment. To be honest I didn’t believe him.

However, the day after my first treatment I could breathe deeper because I had no dizziness. The tension in my head and body was relieved. It was a miracle...for two days. Then of course the jaw tension came back in my sleep. But, it was clear that the treatment was helping. I became more mindful of my problem and how to fix it.

After my third treatment I am well on the road to operating back at 100%.

Roger literally puts his body into making sure that you get relief. I can communicate the parts that are most troubling to him and he sets out to work on those specific areas whilst working on his own individual plan.
