I chose Pearly Mates because they are the only pet cremation company to provide a Stat Dec. I was impressed with their service, especially Kylie and Jonathan. The brass plaque came back from their external contractor in the wrong font, and Kylie and Jonathan offered to replace the plaque for me for free, which they did. The box is beautiful and top quality also. I would definitely recommend Pearly Mates.
