I was rapt in them for 7 years until now
I see I am not the only one. After chasing them up for a month regarding when and how much my account will be debited, and wanting to know when my replacement card will be sent, there was nothing but silence. I wrote the truth here: http://www.productreview.com.au/p/smile.html

They responded quickly once they saw a negative review. They asked me to remove the negative review. I said I would once I see proof of what they promised to do. In response, they cancelled my membership knowing I have treatment coming up in June, and leaving me uncovered.

My husband died (which they know about), leaving me in a difficult financial situation. This is how Smile solve problems - they get rid of customers, rather than taking responsibility and solving problems.
