I changed my bank account and then problem happened. They failed to transfer the rent to my new bank account for three times and finally it worked. However they failed again for the next payment. Now it's been seven weeks since I got my rent last time. Every time they promised to call me back or transfer the money they failed as well. I have to call them up all the time to chase up my rent. It's frustrating and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else for property management.
