Our first visit was a spontaneous Sunday night stop in, with no booking but we had no trouble getting a table. The buffet food was fantastic, I'm sure some of it was frozen but it all seemed good to excellent quality. Staff were fast to clear plates but at one point they ran out of silverware. My only real problem was with other patrons, many of whom seem to think it's OK to let their children (tots to teens) walk around with no shoes on. That must be against some health regulations? Also, I took my boys in the playroom which is fantastic, but there were about 20 other kids in there with NO PARENTS, even though signs clearly state that children are to be accompanied by adults. They either need a permanent staff member in that room or they need to enforce the rules and ask patrons to leave who do not supervise their kids. Not fair to the other kids who do have parents with them to be trampled and pushed around by older, bigger, bullying kids. Restaurant - 8 stars out of 10. But expect to sit next to some people with no manners or respect.

This review is for Tarneit Gardens Fish And Chips, Tarneit VIC

This is a new fish and chips shop that just opened down the street from us a month or so ago. The prices are comparable to the many other fish and chip shops we've been to. They have a pretty good selection, the food was ready in about 10 minutes. Everything was great, no complaints about quality. We'll be going back again, regularly!

The food here here simply FANTASTIC, we don't come often but for special occasions, it just can't be beat. The decor is very "fancy" but the tables are squished together a bit too close. The price for all-you-can-eat is very good, and the staff have always been polite and friendly. It's by far my favourite place for Indian food.

The pizzas are a little more expensive than the large chain prices, but totally worth it. The large pizzas are much bigger than their chain competitors, they have always been fresh and hot every time we've ordered. They are also very consistent, our pizzas have always been the same every time where as some other places are really inconsistent (great one week, terrible the next) They are also ready in 15 minutes; everytime. We've never been disappointed! Better specials/deals and more coupons would be nice, but can't fault them on quality and service!

This review is for Hoppers Crossing Veterinary Clinic & Hospital, Hoppers Crossing VIC

We've been coming here for almost 7 years. The staff are always friendly, at one point we had a diabetic cat and were there quite often, and the staff were like extended family. The clinic is always, always spotless, they have specialty food on hand, and they have very accommodating business hours. The rates are probably average for the services, veterinary care isn't cheap anywhere, but it's worth every penny. TOP NOTCH care for our fur kids here; we wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is one of the cleaner indoor play centres, however the equipment often seems to be in disrepair, and they could certainly use some new equipment and a better variety. The staff are always friendly. The food is certainly nothing WOW, just normal, over priced junk food. When we visit it's usually after the kids have already had lunch so food won't be an issue, as you're not allowed to bring your own. Friendly staff, usually clean, average prices, mediocre play equipment.

This review is for Big Top Photo Studios, Williamstown VIC

I've been to Big Top 2 or 3 times now, and I really do love going there. The photos always turn out great, her prices are very competitive, by far better than the big chain photo studios, and the best part? The kids always enjoy going there. She has a way with kids, and her experience/patience is priceless. Nothing is worse than going to get family photos done with a grump, short tempered photographer and the kids end up miserable and unhappy. I've never had a bad experience here, always please with the end result and her prices won't empty your wallet!

This review is for Complete Children's Health, Moonee Ponds VIC

I was referred to this children's specialist by our GP for several issues my son had going on. The referral was written out for one of the issues but my GP assured me the pediatrician would discuss any other concerns with me at the appointment. This was not the case. The doctor we saw within this practice told me a referral covers only 1 issue, and that I would have to go back to the GP to get a referral for anything else I wanted to discuss. I then had to go back to the GP to get 2 more referrals written out. On my first visit at Complete Children's Health in Moonee Ponds, I had my son with me, who is 4, and he was not weighed, measured, his eyes or ears weren't looked at, he didn't wasn't even spoken to by the doctor. It felt as if the appointment was simply for me to sit down and have a chat. I then arranged a follow up appointment with the same Doctor that we saw previously to get the results from my sons testing that was done at the Royal Children's hospital, and to discuss the other 2 issues that I now had a referral for, only to find out upon arrival that I had only been allotted a 10 minute appointment and that there was no time to discuss the other issues. The answer to the test results? All clear. I drove 40 minutes and paid over 200 dollars for 2 words that could have been given to me over the phone. I understand the need for security, but they could have asked me anything. Address, phone number, date of birth, etc. to confirm my identity. Thus saving me a small fortune and almost 2 hours of driving time. I decided not to make a third appointment with them, that I would look closer to home for a service that I was happier with, but after continual phone calls and text from Complete Children's Health reminding me that I needed to make an appointment, they finally took the liberty (without my consent) to send me an appointment in the mail with a warning that if I did not cancel within a certain timeframe that I would incur a 50 dollar penalty. So if we were on holiday for 2 weeks when the letter arrived, I would have been charged a fee for missing an appointment that I did not make or even agree to? I brought this up over the phone when I called but no apologies, just excuses. I would NEVER go there again, even if it meant driving 3 hours out of my way to go elsewhere. I do not recommend Complete Children's Health, especially if you want a doctor that will actually look at your child. 2 visits and 400 dollars and they didn't spend one minute looking at my child. Talking to a shrink would be FAR CHEAPER than visiting here and chatting with the Doctor.
