Have been here a few times an each time the place seems to be getting worse. Today we had a well behaved 5 year old with us so ordered a pizza with ham, chicken, tomato and cheese. We explained to the waiter the reason for the order was to cater to the child's taste. Waiter was rude when we entered even after making some polite small talk to him to break his gruff manner. It was clear he didn't want to be working and customers were a nuisance. When we ordered the pizza he gave us an ugly look of displeasure I assume because it was not a standard menu pizza item. When we got the bill they charged for a Margarita pizza $19.90 + Ham $4 + Chicken $5 + Tomato $4 making a total of $32.90 for one small pizza. At the time of payment I questioned the $33 cost for 1 pizza and there was no discussion and that was the charge. Be very careful with this place as they will cheat at any chance.

Called into this restaurant after a long day spent at a Concord hospital patients beside. It was late and we were tired. But we were able to get a nice gourmet pizza served with plenty of smiles and friendliness with the staff.

Just got home from spending a day Concord hospital with our son who underwent a back operation. Whilst it was a stressful day it was made so much easier by great care and attention by the staff on Ward 5 North. He even got a room with a waterview!!

I have been a customer of this small business for years but sadly it has gone downhill. Staff have always been arrogant but now it has got to the point of being extremely rude as other reviewers have commented. Recently I phoned for a delivery order, they took my order and when I gave my address they said "Too far" and hung up in my ear without giving me the opportunity to do a pick-up. I phoned back explaining I am a regular and they again hung up on me. At all times I was polite and did not deserve to be treated like this. As I have been a regular customer I felt the owner should know how his staff are behaving so have written 2 letters to the owner with no reply. There are cheaper pizza places around that have better quality and are happy to have you as a customer.

We have dined here many times since the centre opened. It does breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is well price, the staff are attentive and friendly.

A good average prices average quality Chinese restaurant.It has new owners [not sure how long they have had the business] they are very friendly and helpful They have done little to change the decor quality or prices. The menu also remains pretty much the same although there were quite a few duck dishes on the specials board. We plan to go back soon to try the Salt & Pepper Duck.

Really impressed with the quality of service we have received from staff in the computer department twice over the last 6 months.
Both times they went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

A nice start to the meal was the complimentary warm bread cob. Followed by a very delicious 1/2 rack of lamb where the meat was so tender it just fell of the bones. My wifes T-bone steak was cooked just right and also tasty and tender. I believe this is only a newly opened restaurant.

A great High Tea dining experience looking out over the conservatory of music and the Botanical gardens. The food was delicious and there was a wide array of T2 teas to choose from, plus accompany your High tea with a glass of Australian sparkling or even french champagne. We were lucky enough to be there at sunset and seeing the sun go down on Sydney was beautiful [we certainly live in a great country]

I visited this business for some help, advice and to update my old fishing tackle. After first trying a similar business [which shall remain nameless due to their terrible service] closer to home. The sales man at Otto's went out of his way to be helpful and give me some good advice.
With the purchases I made [hopefully] my freezer will soon be filled with freshly caught fish.
