Had to ring re: a product that was faulty due to poor workmanship. The service I got was excellent. The lady I spoke to on the phone (who i think was Jannine) was very helpful and a replacement item was sent out straight away. The whole experience was hassle free and made a refreshing change to other companies that you sometimes have to deal with who are not so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering products from this company again.
