I approached MBCM Essendon in November 2016 to quote for the ongoing management of a 2 year old complex of 38 apartments in Moonee Ponds. We heard a couple of pitches from other managers and Craig before the committee decided to sign with MBCM Essendon. Since that time our Owners Corporation management has been throughly looked at, outgoings scrutinised, new contracts entered in to with service providers, money saved, insurance updated and proactive testing for defective cladding (it's not defective!). Regular meetings and correspondence is a welcome difference. Craig received a box of papers and a tiny cheque from the previous 'managers' (who weren't licensed, nor understood how to run an Owner's Corporation) and turned us into a fully functioning Owners Corporation that is legally compliant and well run.
