Unfortunately I would not recommend Mancorp, they have failed us on a number of matters post contract, including not giving us any proof of purchase receipts and the warranty cards in the package were left blank causing issues for warranty claims. We had peeling ceiling paint in the first few years and airconditioner problems due to faulty installation which they would not rectify as claimed it was outside the warranty period. Not the kind of service I would expect or accept.

We signed up for 100% renewable with direct debit. Assumed we were paying quarterly as agreed. 5 months after cancellation because we moved, we get a final notice for entire amount... they hadn't done a single reading in 9 months and we had never received an invoice. No responses to emails and no explanation for constant errors on their part. Avoid this company!
