Barely able to speak english... unable to communicate..... they were talking about me in chinese & laughing!!!! was ignored & treated like I was not even there??? terrible job.... had to go elsewhere to have the new full set i got corrected... ended up paying someone else the same amount of money to correct them as the full set cost in the first place... waste of time & money DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Waited with cash in my hand ready to pay while the only pharmacist chatted away with another customer... I only needed to hand over a script & come back later.. There is not much going for this place at all... it looks like its closing down its that empty... no wonder with such poor service.

I have waited in excess of 10 minutes trapped in the drive thru, the microphone is frequently out of order and they keep their own hours?? i.e now open when other stores are, regular weekdays, Ive been given the wrong order & overcharged more than once. I always check my order before i drive of as often something will be missing.

While I was being served, the lady took a call & continued to have a long conversation with a person regarding the buffer pad for the machine that cleans the dvd's.I hires 4 box set dvd's, When i got them home half of them were so scratched they did not work... i think it was rude to take the call & make me stand there waiting to pay & knowing that the dvd's were probably scratched as the dvd cleaning machine was not working she still rented them to me & charged me!!! will not return to that store...

Unreal, I had to fit out a whole house & the salesman followed me around the store & helped me find everything i needed, great advice & very negotiable. Fast & friendly staff explained extended warranties & helped to load & secure the goods onto the ute.
