I was very fortunate to have found Dr Jeff at Sydney Chiropractic Care, who helped me with migraines I had been having for some time. Communication about my treatment plan was very easy to understand and delivered with much care and professionalism, drawing from his wealth of knowledge from years of providing Chiropractic care. In addition to the great adjustments, I was given specific exercises I could do at home and suggested simple lifestyle changes to complement the treatment at the clinic. The practice is very clean and professional with a welcoming and kind energy from all the team.
