This beautiful little store is everything you need. Bar window for coffee's, deli and much much more. Locally owned and operated. A must go! Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The best organic Heath food shop on the coast, they also have an in store natropath which is extremely helpful. Fresh fruit and veg. Lots of variety and great weekly specials. Also a rewards program which doesn't hurt.

The staff are incredibly helpful and full of knowledge. After my many many questions, I walked away understanding the process of buying a new or used car. Will be going back in the future.

My new favorite breakfast places on the sunshine coast. It was a touch expensive, but all of us were wrapped and full to the brim. Great coffee swell as friendly staff.

Customer service is hard to come by these days but we were overly surprised at the help and service from staff. It was packed for lunch, the smells coming out of the kitchen were amazing. Recommend it to everyone.

Being just around the corner from home it's a great Sunday night or during the week dinner. Always fresh and fast. The sweet potato scollops are a favorite and will leave you wanting more. They also have salads available which is nice.

Bridgette was amazing, was extremely patient and kind. the only thing i found was that it was a bit pricey. but i'd definetly go back. The shop is a little hidden you really have to slow down and look closely to find it.

these guys know what they are talking about and offer so many different types of training. bootcamps outdoors or session indoors, tabata to conditioning kettlebells. the name says it all ALWAYS INNOVATIVE!!

i've been there a few times now and i find the employees really inconsistent. sometimes they can't do enough to help you and other times they don't even realise your there. what keeps me going back is the beautiful items they have instore.
