One star is too many. They were contracted by me to provide an insurance repair diagnosis and quote. The serviceman arrived and told me he couldn't do anything without taking TV away - something that was not explained to me when making the booking. House was on the market so this was not possible and I would not have proceeded with the booking had this been explained. He was rude and complained multiple times about losing other jobs to come to my job. They want to double charge me to come back and take the TV later and charge more for the diagnosis. management was not professional enough return calls personally to discuss my complaint. He deferred it to a staff member and flatly refused to come to the phone. They inferred I was lying about being told a number of things, and claimed I never told them the size of the tv or that my house was on the market. I'm not into wasting anyone's time or money, let alone my own so I was particularly clear when I made my booking. I requested they listen to the customer call recording but they don't record calls. I strongly recommend you avoid using this business. They did not do right by me as a customer. Avoid at all costs. I paid $120 for nothing but a headache and to be insulted. Their customer service model is 'tough luck customer, you lose'.
