This cafe use to be an old barbers shop and has been lovingly renovated with a great old charm atmosphere. Coffee served is the best in Redfern St. Highly recommended, staff are very friendly. Definatley my favourite local cafe on the block.
My washing machine broke down on a Saturday night. I phoned MARC (Mobile Appliance Repair Centre) who told me they could come out the next morning (a Sunday). There was a call out fee of $30 which was deducted from the cost of repairing my washing machines gear box which came with a 12 month warranty. Great service and very knowledgeable about white goods.
If you're after a good coffee hit this is the place to go. Not only do they make excellent coffee, they make food that is a mix of Morrocan with an aussie twist. The grilled chicken and mezze plate is so good and the staff are always friendly.

I went there with my sister and her young children. We all had nice sushi and teriyaki chicken. The restaurant is roomy and there are even little buzzers on the table to press when you need service from the very busy staff. Overall the food was great, a real hit with the kids too.

I had been trying in vain for nearly 2 weeks to find the correct vacuum bags for my faithful old Karcher vacuum cleaner. Even a well known major vacuum cleaner business didn't have them and had no idea of the model I was talking about. I found VACBAGDIRECT online yesterday arvo. I made an order after receiving an email advising me that they had the bags in stock at 3.00pm. Just got home and the bags are already here - LESS THAN 24 HOURS TURN AROUND!! Amazing and very knowledgeable business who I would definately recommend. The prices are very competitive and the service is excellent.
Great place to have a beer with your mates, sitting outside on the verandah or inside in the lounge or bar. Very old school pub with a modern twist. Excellent value meals available for lunch and dinner. Even has a little area for people who want to smoke and play the pokies.
Approximate cost: $9.00
Excellent sourdough, probably the best I've bought. Can also have a coffee there and is located in the heart of Dank Street so can do some shopping at Fratelli at the same time. A really good addition to Dank Street
Approximate cost: $5.75
The prices are reasonable compared to other cafes in Danks Street, the food and coffee is fantastic and if you love your beef they sell prime cuts and specialise in wagu beef. Great outdoor seating in the sun with a lively and friendly atmoshpere. Very good for families as room to move strollers around and lots of space outside (compared to some of the other not so family friendly cafes in the area)
Approximate cost: $25
Great prices and staff are friendly!!! Very convenient location and often can walk in without an appointment, usually a short wait. They do package deals for manicures and pedicures and I reckon its probably ones of the cheapest beauticians in the inner city.
Approximate cost: $30
The staff are so friendly and the prices are good. My hair was sooo long and I hadnt been to a hairdresser for years. I'm so pleased with the cut and the colour. Price I have quoted is for a long hair cut, shampoo, colour, foils and blow dry. At the salon for 2 hours, very reasonable.
Approximate cost: $130
