I've been a RAA member since 1978. I was told that RAA have been struggling to attract new members for a long time now.
The phone service for a booking is absolutely shocking.
I had to wait for someone to answer first time around 20 mins and a second time same day, to find out why a tow truck booked 3 hours prior to my second call was so late, took another 16mins for them to answer!!!
Like every other customer service these days, RAA is now joining the rest. I've never had problems with RAA before, so very disappointed that my whole day has been wasted waiting for service!!!
At least they're not using COVID and lack of staff as excuse, just that they happen to be extra busy at the time you call
Maybe stop cutting costs that affect members to this degree!

Sorry but just wrote an honest review of my experience, but lost it ans cannot be bother doing it again!!
Just beware if you request a refund, because it takes SO much longer to receive, than it does for TVSN to take your payment!

When Dr Marie walked in on that sad day, all I saw was my beautiful 15 yr old baby, who was fading away, look up, wag his tail gently, as though he had seen an angel walk in!
May just be a grieving pet owner, but I won't have anyone tell me any different.

Ok will give this a go. Thomas has the experience and ability to make everyone feel welcome in his dance classes. It took great courage on my part to attend my very first beginners class on my own. Immediately Thomas and the other beginner couples made me feel at ease. After only 4 sessions and still extremely nervous about turning up each week I can honestly say I enjoy every moment of the hour class, even though I don't have a partner to dance with I still get a chance to learn. So what I am really trying to say is that if you have ever wanted to learn the art of dance Thomas's dance school is the place to be. So come on face your fears and enrol ! I believe if I can do it anyone can ! You WILL be made to feel welcome. I have met some lovely people and really thank Thomas (and Tim) for helping me deal with this personal challenge and reminding me what the word FUN really means!!
