1 Star is too high for unorganization at this level .
I keep waiting for the ring Leader to jump right out of the balloon act they have going on at the website .

One major point you need to know is I was a member of this outfit for far too long ,and in fact in the vicinity of 12 years
Westnet/iinet have out sourced it’s support and sales team to an over seas handler namely South Africa ,so it’s not really local anymore ,and it's not the same good service anymore believe a guy who has been with them for over 12 years.
Westnet or iinet as they like to be called now used to be good. But that's all over ,back to the balloons and whistles on their website which i mentioned before ,in hindsight it is a drill in reality of the service you'll be experiencing.Their customer service is dishonest and clueless. Your sanity and money going to a circus act .
I have had all types of reasons to leave ,you drill them over a double billing you found by accident and they apologize and promise to refund but you'll be ringing them again because they didn't do it ,only to receive another apoligy . Repetition is with many issues they have probably because they don't sufficiently update the system with correct information for some reason that I still don't understand .I used their complete service internet mobile phone and email for the record .The Excess Data charges for data I had not used, they will even go on to tell me going by my data history they could see I wasn’t typically using the traffic but couldn’t explain the charges ,but still charged me ??? .Their tech team explained that someone was somehow stealing data ,which is ludicrous when the laptop isn’t even booted up. They declined to give me any further explanation which is so frustrating ,they leave you hanging at the end .I cancelled Premium sms services with westnet/iinet to stop being charged for them and they instructed me that by doing this the charges will cease but they didn’t .I was being charged up to $50 a month extra ,5 attempts with multiple phone calls to customer support and they never stopped the charges .This cost me over $200 >iinet told me in the beginning that it was probably a scam and to not reply to these unsubscribe sms or it may cause you to be charged so I didn’t. But that was completely the wrong information they could give me. After follow up phone calls even though they instructed me incorrectly they would refuse any compensation for it.Promises to recontact me to fix the issues repeatedly never happened,they failed to even have the courtesy to fulfill the promise to ring back many times ,I mean many..Out right dishonest type business policies like this amount to you leaving iinet because you simply have no choice .And all behavior from a supposed leader in customer support and services. The persistent problems will drive you insane ,and when you query a problem you will have to wonder that even this query is probably already being botched .For some reason they just keeping getting it all wrong .They lead you into direct debit , getting hold of your direct debit details to to pull charges out gives them the upper hand not to actually fix problems like the above , this is the only provider that demands it ,keep that in mind.
Sleeping on problems isn't the way to live.
That's my review and it was also a way of getting this off my chest .
