We had an excellent customer service experience with Ainsley . Bright, engaged and informative she had a great personality and delightful manner . We think this service department has no peer on the Coast ! Well done! Only negative comment was unable to book loan car via the app , had to call . Finally we are loving the Rav 4 Hybrid!
