Velvet is owned and operated by Bernadette, a wonderful and caring lady who obviously loves her work. She's never nasty or rude like some beauty therapists, and is very gentle with all treatments. She uses Guinot creams and the facials are amazing, with fantastic results! Cannot recommend her highly enough
