Not only my doctor, Jane Walters, but the entire practice has been wonderful. I'd been bouncing from doctor to doctor for such a long time, as I hadn't found anyone worth sticking with basically since my childhood GP. I booked in with Jane around a year ago and have never had a bad experience, despite having the worst year of my life. The reception staff are some of the most helpful and proactive I've come across and I have been helped out of binds by different doctors in the practice when I couldn't get hold of mine. I have found everyone there to be so caring and helpful. The practice dynamic also seems to be geared towards helping patients as much as possible rather than billing as much as possible (which I've felt at other practices I have been to). I'm so glad to have found this place! Thank you.
