We were moving to Perth from Melbourne and had got TTGR to do our move. The customer service was absolutely horrible.
Once we had made payment they were calling us at 6am and telling us we had not made payment and demanded another $2000 or they wouldn't deliver our furniture.
Luckily my wife put a trace on the payment we made and once we told that to Tea Tree Gully removals they backed off.
We were getting abused by one of the managers at 6am saying "no money no delivery". Overall it was a awful experience and I will never go through that trauma again!
