I had a serious issue with my car. I called John, he came out within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. John came back later that afternoon with parts and tools to re thred my sparkplug housing. John then also was kind enough to provide me a lift out of his way to mornington so I didn't have to drive the car while the locktight set the new sparkplug thread sleve in place. I highly recommend John, he showed excellent knowledge and confidentially fixed my car, John was polite and didn't mind answering all my questions.
