Sent my girl there yesterday for a trim.....yes a trim!!
Please dont take very much of the length was her request!!!
3 inches later she left and come home so upset
then when we looked at it. It was cut straight across which she had specifically specified she didn't want done and it was uneven too... so, she phoned and went back today.....
omg they are kidding her hair is now just past her shoulders. It was about 3 inches past her bra strap yesterday.
Needless to say she is really upset with her formal coming up.
I rung them after calming her down...to be told that there was no one could help me and the manager wasn't there til tomorrow.
So, I will be going to the store tomorrow.
I want a refund and an explanation as to why they didn't listen to what she wanted and what she paid for!!! Where do they get off cutting people's hair the way they want it cut it!!
I personally wouldn't recommend them to cut my dogs hair....

when i picked it up it was piping hot....and perfect.
I was served by a very friendly young man who presented himself very well.
Never have a problem at this Pizza shop and you definitely cant beat their prices... definitely recommend. Just a bummer the video shop closed down in August :(

I went thru the drive thru.....
Mind you I have done this on several occasions for frozen cokes..
anyway, I get the rude girl taking the order...
then you get to the window...no manners what so ever.
no nothing.. i got my change slapped in my hand and had the drinks basically shoved at me that hard that they fell to the ground..
I wasn't impressed what so ever.
I then said....who and where is the manager??
the look on her face was priceless..
I just said I dont come here to be treated like that by anyone..
The manager come over... i said what happened and they couldn't of cared less either...so thats why im writing this.
When ever you go in the store it looks very untidy and dirty..
the staff never look tidy... most have their pants dragging on the ground all torn and yuk!! Their customer service skills are non existent and orders always seem to take a long time.
Seriously, they dont seem to care about the way they look or the service they are providing...

I went in store to make my order...
Mind you I dont eat take away very often.
I made my order....the male serving had no manners at all.
It was like it was an effort for him to serve.
anyway, i watched him get the order ready....with food sitting there ready to go into the box.... 5 mins later when chicken was ready he packed it all in the box.
I looked at him and said you cant be serious...
he said..and whats your problem....OMG how rude!!
I said mate those chips etc been sitting there for over 5 mins..they will be cold. I dont want them thanks.
he said Ive already done your order...and thats it!!
seriously, he was so rude......
I said....just get who ever is in charge im not dealing with you..
Manager come over and was very apologetic...they got my ordered resorted and it was hot!!
Needless to say its put me off take away again for a long time..

Bought vouchers on line...
Phone everyday for over a week leaving message ......no answer!!
then i got my daughter to call and she answered said she doesn't do hair???? wt hell
anyway, i rung again...still did not answer me..
A week later I get a text apologizing for the difficulty i had in contacting her.....seriously, all she had to do was answer the phone..
she also said she doesn't have a shop and to get a refucd for the vouchers....
she could of said that near two weeks before hand..
just not good enough..
Im over terrible service and rude people..
its enough to turn anyone of buying vouchers....

rung to book appointment...
girl answers and asks questions then puts owner on phone.
(didn't bother passing on info she had already asked me for though)
Owner gets on phone.... No phone manners at all.
I tried to book an appointment for my hair cut and foils...
As they close at 5 thru the week and at 2 on sat.. makes it hard when I bought one for my daughter too. She goes to school.. so we couldn't get there thru the week so tried for a sat....3 months to wait!! seriously who books a hair cut 3 months in advance!! Anyway, I made the comment that I wasn't happy about having to wait so long...
She couldn't of cared any less if she tried. She said ive sold over 150 of these and they're valid til nov..
I said most people dont like to wait that long.... and im one of them. I would like a refund....she hung up!!!
I rung back ...and get the girl.. I said not impressed about being hung up on because she didn't like what I had to say...
and then I hung up!!
doesn't matter how cheap it was when service is horrible who wants to deal with that...not me!!
so, now to get a refund for the vouchers..

worst experience ever....
bought a voucher online....all you can eat entrees and soups...but, you can only order each one after your plate is empty...
anyway,
we arrived at 5.25pm... we were seated with a bottle of water.
we ordered our first entree....
40mins later it arrived.....cold!!!
sent back and the calamari had just been thrown back in the oil and was just greasy and disgusting...
it was find the prawn in the coconut prawns....
then another 40mins later the second entree arrived....cold!!!
so, we ordered a main meal saying we had to be in town by 8.30....she couldn't of been less helpful if she tried.
then 45 mins later we finally got the attention of the other waitress who went to see what was happening and she returned with our meals.....cold!!!!
seriously, not just warm...but, cold. it must of been sitting there for over half an hour...
anyway, needless to say it wasn't real good at all.
we never got offered anymore water...although we did ask and never received.so, the same bottle of water for just over 2 hours....
We just got up and walked out after that...still hungry!!
not impressed at all...wouldn't recommend to anyone no matter how cheap the voucher....
just disgusting service, cold food and they couldn't care less..
Mind you we were the first people to sit down for dinner!!!

Only a very very small shop.
But, worth a sticky beak if your down that way...:)
love volunteer staff

not bad for a second hand store.... but, it has changed staff and is a bit of a mess at the moment.. but, definitely would recommend for a bargain....
