My experience with Red Storm Removals between both service and communication was dismal, to say the least.
They not only LOST A BOX and the wheels to my bed, but sent items on a separate container that arrived much later, all without even advising me.
When I called to discuss missing inventory and options to find a solution all I got in return was brushed off, without any care towards the service at all.
I never signed for the arrival delivery, yet that failed to motivate the company to solve any problems or offer any shred of assistance.

I honestly don't understand how this business is still in operation, I did not receive items I sent off, I did not receive any kind of understanding in the matter, I did not receive the service I paid for.
I am left out of pocket and missing items.
