They offered a booking time that was then extra approved through their booking system, but when I arrived they didn't answer the door though I could see them sitting there. When I finally resorted to calling them, they then they said they were closed and my appointment was cancelled. They didn't even come to the door to tell me in person. I booked a massage because I was in pain that I can't have relieved. So why have times in your booking system for when you're closed? And why then accept the booking if you don't want the appointment? I would have had the chance to go somewhere else. They lied that they didn't know how to contact me to cancel, but had already made contact with me on messenger. Disrespectful and not acceptable.
