There has been a change of management!! I've been overseas for six months, I come back and there is not one face I know at the salon. What once was the best salon in Melbourne is now unprofessional and I feel they need to train their staff in customer service and beauty therapies. It was a terrible experience and I wont go back again.
I think they need to tell clients the management has changed.
