I really do like this store as there are so many beautiful pieces in there. Unfortunately I do find it quite expensive given you can probably find similar items elsewhere for a bit cheaper. I always have a wander through because they do have specials on that make it more affordable. Lots to choose from and definitely a shop to find a really nice gift for someone.

This store has a really big women's wear and lingerie section (along with mens/girls/boys/homeware sections). I recently bought a hot little black dress (current peplum style) for $29.95! I have seen the exact same dress for more than twice the price recently. I don't expect to always come out with something from this store because I find it can be a bit hit and miss as far as clothing goes, but you won't be wasting your time by having a look. The lingerie is very reasonably priced. I find the staff to be quite helpful too.

I called into this shop today to look for a gift. Fair enough the staff appeared to be doing stocktake, but when I asked for directions to a particular item, the girl was rather abrupt like I was interrupting her. They stock all the common toys but I don't think it was any cheaper than other places to be honest. Worth a stop in but don't depend on it if you are looking for a great price.

I'm not a huge seafood eater but if I ever feel like some this is where I go. The seafood always looks really fresh and there's a really big variety to choose from. Staff are always helpful in selecting something very mild for my tastes. This place gets incredibly busy around Christmas time which to me says it must be a good spot.

This review is for All Turf Solutions, Tamborine QLD

We've just had a whole yard turfed by this company. They came and prepared our yard (aerated, mixed in fertilisers etc, levelled it) and then laid the turf. The guy actually rearranged some interstate travel plans to be able to fit us in before Christmas. The yard looks great and they were definitely very well priced. I am on the northside so they are not just limited to Tamborine area. Definitely check them out if you need turf.

This review is for Forever Health Acupunture Clinic, Strathpine QLD

I recently had acupuncture at this clinic for a sore shoulder and had instant relief. They were very professional and the clinic looked very clean and sterile (definitely a must at an acupuncture clinic!!). They play relaxing music so whilst the needles are working you can close your eyes and relax. I did have cupping done after the acupuncture and was bruised for over a week - so be sure to discuss this if you don't want the bruises. He didn't warn me about it but I knew what he was doing when he put the cups on my shoulder at the end (as I'd had that done at another clinic previously). Bit of a nasty surprise though if you are not expecting it! I think the initial session was $65, but subsequent sessions are cheaper ($50 i think) - and you can claim on private health cover (subject to individual funds). Definitely worth a visit.

I recently visited Michelle for treatment of a sore shoulder. It was my first visit to an osteopath before and although I'm still not entirely sure how it all works, she did help my cause. She runs the business from her own home and I found getting an appointment with her quite easy. Michelle is very friendly and ensures you feel comfortable during the treatment. The consultation was $85 for 45mins which I think is a bit expensive (compared to other natural therapies) but you can claim it on private health (depending on your cover). I also know other people who swear by her work so she must be good at it.

I too think this store is well spaced so you can easily see what's there. I do find that most of their clothes are all very similar - lots of open backs, quite short and often sparkly/with sequens. It's worth a look but I wouldn't rely on it as your one stop shop. Prices are pretty good though and the girls in there just let you do your thing which is great.

This store is similar to Fashion Fair or SES Fashion. It has really cheap clothing which is great if you need to pick up a work outfit, summer dress or new singlet. I guess you do get what you pay for here but if you just want to keep up with the latest trends and buy a new outfit that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, this is your shop! My favourites are their lightweight cardigans in many bright colours (about $10). When I was in there the other day they had a sale on where nothing was more than $9.95! Even if you don't buy anything, I don't think your time is wasted by having a look through.

I love this shop!! It has everything you'd expect in a homewares shop - candles, soaps, glassware etc. I went there just before Christmas and it was 50% off the whole store - wow!! Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a nice gift for someone. Not overly expensive compared to other homeware shops either.
