Shelley is absolutely the best makeup artist I have ever hired. I now only book her for weddings, photoshoots, my shows, and any other event I need. She uses a flawless airbrush technique that she perfects and we had so many compliments the night of my sister's and best friend's wedding when she did our makeup.
