One of my cats got a paralysis tick about 3 years ago when she was less than a year old. She had been missing a couple of days & by the time we found her she was very close to death. We took her to the vet, who was very honest, telling me that treatment was quite expensive (I am a sole parent with home loan, so finances are tight), and that she probably would not survive anyway. I promptly burst into tears and asked that he do his best anyway. The end result? After being treated, & being taken home with the vet for about 4 nights, along with oxygen in case it was required overnight, (it was touch & go for a while, but she proved to be a fighter) she pulled through and now is a very healthy happy cat. I was allowed to pay off the bill, And while i was temporarily out of work & unable to make payments, they were wonderful enough to allow me time until i was re-employed (2 months) & could resume payments. I am very grateful to James Clarke-Williams (vet), his wife (for allowing his patients to occasionally go home with him), and staff. This is a compassionate & caring business, highly recommended :)

I have had my home & carport treated by Caban"s 3 or 4 times now, both iside & exterior. Craig Caban is friendly, efficient, & is happy to return & do a follow up treatment if the problem has not been completely eradicated the first time. Also, as the owner of 5 cats, I was relieved that neither myself or the cats were required to vacate the premises during or after treatment. Craig's wife Katie takes the phone bookings, and has a lovely phone manner. The cost involved beat all competitors hands down. Bottom line - this is an excellent family business.
