i am new to perth, im from syd and in my hair lifetime circles subi is the best salon i have been too. they are pricey but come on girls you get what you pay for!Becci was AMAZING.. i was so nervous about getting my hair cut (i have had horrible experiences before i have long hair) and she was super honest and was full of suggestions. My hair looks fantastic my colour is exactly what i had in my picture and the cut is perfect im already booked in again with becci for april :P
