Competitive prices on nuts and a range of flavours you don't find in a supermarket. They offer tastings so you can choose your favourite flavour before buying. They also sell nougat and european food items that may be difficult to source elsewhere.

A variety of hot pies and cakes are available as well as bread and rolls. The array of sweets and slices are delicious but reasonably expensive. The bread prices are competitive. They close for a month over summer which is frustrating if you want fresh bread during that time.

One of the cheapest places to buy books, dvds and cd's with a members club for even more discounts. Can take a while in the post as it mostly comes from england, but as long as you don't need it urgently it is fantastic.

I enjoy their food and have found their butter chicken to be the best around. Can get quite busy with occasional long waits for takeaway, but usually have prompt and courteous service.

Varied menu with lots of options for different meats and vegetarians. Portions are generous and take-away is usually prompt. The acoustics are not great for eat-in and it can get quite loud in the restaurant.
