Would recommend this business to anybody in need of a glazier. Very prompt with quote and lovely to deal with. Explained fault with my window in detail, finished the work to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards.

Purchased a retro-style handset designed to plug into an iPhone and take or make calls as a Xmas gift. It does not work at all, only plays songs from her iTunes collection - only static on the line when you try and make a call. Have sent several emails to Kogan about this issue - all but one ignored. The one reply I did get, just asked me to describe the problem again. I did and still no action taken. I would advise people to steer clear of this company based on their follow up service, or lack of it. I had thought of buying one of their Televisions, very relieved I have only lost my money on small purchase. Update 21/2/13 - I finally received a refund from Kogan but only after sending many emails, most of which were ignored. Think they gave me refund just to get rid of me in the end as I would not give up. Will never deal with this business again - extremely poor follow up service. Should not be this hard to get a repair or refund when item is faulty.

Beautiful lunch of grilled flake, salad and chips. Friendly service, with a gorgeous view of the bay as an added bonus. Very modern and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be dining here again.

I was a bit hesitant about buying small trees via mail order but they arrived safely and in great condition. Packed very well so wouldn't hesitate to purchase from then again.

Replaced taps in bathroom basin and serviced taps and changed washers in shower and kitchen. My local Tap Doctor (I live in Mornington, Victoria) called when he was on his way, on time, friendly and explained what he had done. Even offered to take off his boots before entering my home and was willing to clean up after he had finished. Up front quote too, you don't pay if you don't proceed with the work. Highly recommend this service which I contacted after seeing good reviews on WOMOW.

Purchased 2 VIP concert packages for Bon Jovi concert at Etihad Stadium. Seats to concert were as booked and concert was absolutely brilliant, however VIP dining package and entry were nothing like they described and was paid for. VIP entry was standing outside in a queue for over an hour, resulting in us missing half the VIP dining event. Very limited food choices (I only saw 2 options, meat/fish) and dining room was very overcrowded with very little seating. Tickets were meant to have been posted out but this was changed a week before concert. Showbiz have admitted there were delays but have not admitted how long these actually were. They have offered us a partial credit with them but as I will never again use their service, this is useless to us. Also, would have to put a lot more $$$ to it to buy 2 standard tickets to any show. Look on their own website showbiz.com.au and go into the reviews section on their Facebook page (link on their site). My sister and I are not the only customers they have let down. Buying the VIP packages was meant to be a really special treat for ourselves after a rough few years and it was such a huge let down. Would not recommend this company to anyone and their after sales service is extremely poor.

I used the council's kerbside collection service for a large amount of garden waste I had to remove from my property. I had over estimated the amount of garden waste I had by quite a large amount and they adjusted my payment accordingly, despite me not being home at the time of the collection. Very honest and much appreciated. Great value and a great service by the council.

The grilled fish meal I had was lovely but my sister and aunt's roast meat was very tough and chewy, resulting in them not being able to eat most of it. Bistro area was almost empty on the day we attended despite there being some great meal specials on offer. Staff were all friendly and did their jobs well but the meals had plenty of room for improvement.

Dr Hussey and his staff all make going to the dentist, something which many people dread, very easy. They are all very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this practice to anybody.

Staff at Mornington Medicare have always been friendly and helpful to me. I had an issue with one claim as the specialist had not billed me correctly which meant my claim could not be processed. Rather than me keep going back every day to see if it had been adjusted by the specialist, the lady at Medicare offered to check the system daily for me and she called me when I could lodge the claim. She didn't have to do this for me and it was very much appreciated.
