Worst service. Not providing clarity on refund ticket cancellation. Manager/supervisor avoiding to talk with customer. Customer agents cut your call when you ask them to connect with superior. Do not understand ethics of this organization. Very poor service.
After 16 weeks amount not refunded and do not want to communicate. Very sad for dealing with them.
