We've been customers at their previous location in Tarragindi, and have continued now that we found them again in Salisbury. They are very obliging with special dietary needs, but mostly their food is delicious. Prices are competitive as well. Lovely staff to deal with also.

We've been going to Pet City for our dog and fish supplies for a decade. Most staff are knowledgable and provide advice when asked. Prices are very reasonable in comparison with competitors. Fish sales staff are particularly well versed on their subject matter. They often have dog food deals which makes purchases even more economical.

The clinic has been managing the health of our two dogs about a decade. Over these years, some of the vets and nurses have come and gone, with some staying the same through all that time. But no matter who has cared for them, all have been nothing short of fantastic. They all take the time to explain aspects at the checkups, and never make you feel rushed while taking all the time needed to answer your questions and provide whatever reassurance is needed. The prices have certainly gone up over the years, but in line with everything else around us. NOt cheap, but not expensive, but we find it hard to put a price on the amazing quality of care we feel we receive. Just Fantastic!
