This has to be one of the best Health Food outlets I have ever visited. There is a plentiful supply of fresh produce, the shelves are never empty, a good variety of supplements, and an abundance of bulk products. If you can't find something the staff are on hand to assist. There are Iridology or Sclerology and Facial Analysis Consultations available by appointment and also an in store fully qualified Naturopath who gladly assists.

Recently I had a foot problem and went along to see if the Podiatrist could assist. I was given a thorough treatment and found that my problem was not as severe as I imagined. The appointment was on time, no waiting. The treatment was very professional and the Fees were quite reasonable and if you have PHI there is a rebate.

What a delight. We stopped in for lunch last week and couldn't have been more pleased. They were busy, but that didn't stop us from being seated quickly. No sooner were we greeted and seated a delightful waitress asked if we would like something to drink. The Green Tea is superb and a potful was quickly brought to our table. The first round of baskets were brought to us for a selection of Dumplings and Dim Sims, beautifully steaming hot. The next round was not far away so we didn't have to wait. This was for the best sweet and sour pork I have tasted in a long time, along with deep fried prawn triangles and squid. I'm writing this and my mouth is watering. We topped this off with mini custard tarts, just magnificent. The wait staff were awesome, attentive, happy and smiling nothing was a trouble and the service was spot on.

Recently I needed to purchase a TENS machine. I settled on the EV906 machine which is sold by Medic2000. The reason for this was that when I checked the company's credentials it appeared that the owner manager has used this type of equipment. I was so pleasantly surprised when I called with a few questions to speak directly to Steve Gordon who answered me in a very professional manner. I felt confident enough to make my purchase and did so. Firstly I received an email the same day advising me that my machine would be forwarded by Australia Post Platinum Express Courier and a signature would be required. I then received another email to advise that the parcel had been carded by Aust Post because no one was home to take delivery. The packaging was exceptional. The quality of the machine is very professional and the operating instructions are seriously easy to follow. Overall I would highly recommend this company based on product quality, communication, speedy deilvery and ease of purchase.

We have called in twice now and found this to be one of the most relaxing stop-overs both going and coming back. There is a very convenient car park adjacent to cafe entrance which has indoor and outdoor tables. The animal park is great for the little ones who are able to feed the animals. The gift shop is amazing, not only do they have a variety of macadamias there are a multitude of products that are gourmet, handmade, local and delightful for that gift that is just a bit different. Browsing the gift shop to pick up that special item, whilst not cheap is really worth the bit extra considering the uniqueness. The cafe is probably not the cheapest however the servings are very generous and the food is freshly prepared by staff, who even though they are extremely busy can manage to find a smile and a friendly word or two. I would recommend anyone to try the Blueberry Pancakes they are exceptional, especially served with both cream and ice cream, a true indulgence. We will certainly return.

Teac know what customer service is. We purchased a Teac set top box for a TV that the remote had expired and consequently there were some issues setting up. Teac customer service transferred the call to a technician who was very forthcoming with information on how to best get around the problem and waited on the phone until the instructions had been followed to ensure the system worked. Well done Teac it will ensure we look at their products in the future.

I purchased a simple Universal Remote Control online from these guys. Like a lot of us at the moment the analog situation caught us and we had a set top box and TV but no remote for the TV so we were unable to re-tune it. Once the correct code was entered it worked like a dream. The Tech person at Vision Digital went out of his way to give specific instructions on what to do with the TV and set top box and made it so easy. The cost of the universal remote included delivery which was via Aust Post - a bit slow but communication from Vision Digital was excellent, they kept me up to date on when my order was dispatched and it was then only to wait on Aust Post.

I called to arrange service for my fridge. Firstly, the phone manner of the person who answered was very friendly and professional. I was given a day and timeline of 9-12 of the day and informed that they would text to let me know approximately what time the service tech would arrive. I was advised of the service fee and the hourly labour charge upfront plus whatever the cost for the parts would be. I received a call the following day to say that they were able to fit my call in a day earlier. The tech arrived on time and the work carried out in a very timely manner. Even offered to help put food back into the freezer.

This would have to be the best online supplier I have come across. I ordered genuine (they also have generic) printer cartridges and they were delivered to my door the very next day. Their prices are very reasonable better than most physical stores and the delivery charge is minimal less that the cost of driving to buy the cartridges.

We had several home maintenance jobs to be done and called this home maintenance service and gave them a run down: Tiling to a shower recess, remove and replace damaged guttering and paint gazebo, install additional palings to a pool fence, check the pool filter fittings, trim hedging, repair a couple of holes where shelving had been removed and paint the wall, repair a side entry garage door. The 2 guys turned up at the arranged time in a ute full of tools and appropriate materials. They took a quick tour to check out what needed to be done and then got stuck into it. 8 hours later all done in a professional manner. All rubbish cleaned up and taken away for disposal by them. We were only charged 7 hours per man because they had a lunch break. It was refreshing to find a couple of average workers so thorough and not charge like wounded bulls.
