Teac know what customer service is. We purchased a Teac set top box for a TV that the remote had expired and consequently there were some issues setting up. Teac customer service transferred the call to a technician who was very forthcoming with information on how to best get around the problem and waited on the phone until the instructions had been followed to ensure the system worked. Well done Teac it will ensure we look at their products in the future.
